Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unchalked cue in its original protective packaging to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Ship to Meucci
Affix the provided shipping label or mail the package to our facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the cue's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
